Julien Labet met brillamment en valeur le terroir d'argiles et de marnes bleues dans cette cuvée d'exception, véritable joyau de son savoir-faire.
Terroir : Chardonnay, sélection massale & clonale. Vignes plantées en 1950, 1954, 1978 et 1985. Terroir d'argile, marne bleue, du Lias.
Vinification et élevage : élevage en fûts de 50% 650L et 50% 228L. Style ouillé, élevage de 34 mois.
