A very nice alternative to the Burgundian Pinot Noir! A suave, wild and full-bodied 2017. Marked Ruby, a rare violence fruity nose (black raspberry, cassis, mature, nutmeg and smoked), whole mouth spicy by burnt tannins. A certain manliness and ability to guard. Volcanic temperament.
The characters of the Burlenberg, a (Pinot Noir and Ben), here come almost exclusively regional, a limestone silicifié to entroques (close to those found in sides of nights).
This very hard limestone gave a degraded limestone soil, yellow dirty, thin, light, without clay, very fertile, limited water, and rich in limestone gravel and granite scree. This floor welcomes beautifully Pinot Noir to which it gives a marked color, a quality of tannins, a certain Manhood and a great ability to guard. The present Beurot in small proportion combines flexibility and elegance to the building.
Great Red wine to the Ruby.
A rare violence fruity nose (black raspberry, cassis, mature, nutmeg and smoked) bounces off the whole mouth spicy by burnt tannins so characteristic of the Burlenberg.
A volcanic temperament, this wine will surprise with the almost childish affirmation of its originality.
