Schistes
Cet Irouléguy Schistes est un vin très charmeur et salivant. Le nez dévoile des arômes envoûtants de coing, pêche, abricot et ananas. Des notes fleuries viennent souligner ces arômes fruités. La bouche, elle, est parfaitement équilibrée. On retrouve de l'amplitude, du fruit et de la salinité. Précision et persistance le caractérisent, en faisant un des plus grands vins du Sud de la France.
Terroir : les sols sont en schistes. Les vignes ont été plantées en 1994.
Vinification : la fermentation et l'élevage se font en foudres en 1 200 litres, durant 10 mois, puis un an en bouteille.
Accords mets/vin : poisson en sauce, viande blanche, fromages.
