Saint-Joseph
Ce Saint-Joseph présente une robe rouge profonde avec des reflets violacés. Son nez aromatique dévoile des arômes de fruits rouges et noirs, avec des touches épicées et minérales. En bouche, il est rond et élégant, avec des tannins fins et une belle fraîcheur, sur des saveurs de fruits noirs et d'épices.
Terroir : principalement constitués de terroirs granitiques, avec des arènes granitiques et des sols pauvres et bien drainés.
Vinfication et élevage : vinifié avec des levures indigènes, la fermentation se faisant en cuves inox. Après la fermentation, élevage d'environ 12 mois en fûts de chêne.
Accords mets/vin : côte de boeuf grillée, daube provençale, agneau de sept heures.
