Ce Nuits Saint Georges Cyprien Arlaud exhibe une robe rubis profonde. Son nez fruité est particulièrement plaisant, révélant des nuances de cerise noire agrémentées d'une touche épicée. En bouche, il se distingue par sa plénitude et sa gourmandise, associées à un équilibre remarquable qui se prolonge jusqu'à une finale élégante.
Terroir : deux parcelles : 50% « Petite Charmotte, 50% « Les Argillats ».
Vinification et élevage : élevage en fûts de chêne pendant 14 à 18 mois. Pratique d’un soutirage à l’air pendant l’élevage. Pourcentage de fût neuf final 25 %. Mise en bouteille au Domaine Arlaud sans collage, ni filtration selon les rythmes de la lune.
Accords mets/vin : boeuf, veau, chevreuil.
