La robe de ce Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot du domaine Cullen affiche une couleur rouge moyen profond avec une bordure violette. Au nez, des arômes de fruits noirs se mêlent à des notes épicées. En bouche, il se révèle mi-corsé à corsé, avec des tanins fins. Les saveurs de belles prunes mûres, de cassis et de mûrier persistent tout au long de la finale.

Vinification et élevage : élevé pendant 6 mois en fûts de chêne français, dont 25 % de chêne neuf.

Accords mets/vin : pavé de boeuf, pigeon rôti, fromage à croûte fleurie.

The Estate Cullen

The first seven hectares planted in 1971 make it the oldest vineyard in the Margaret River. The estate is now planted with a variety of grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Chardonnay, Semillon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Certified biodynamic since 2004. Non-irrigated vineyard and the first estate to present a zero carbon footprint and biodynamic cultivation.
