Pascal J. Fillioux, 5th generation of the family estate of La Pouyade, continues the tradition in the heart of the Grande Champagne region, more precisely in the greatest terroirs of the "golden triangle" composed of Angeac-Champagne, Verrières and Juillac le Coq.
