Historical background:
In the spring of 1993, the Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the CLOS ST VINCENT property.
The revival of this estate, which has been able to give new impetus, began with the extension of the vineyards, which today cover 6 hectares, and the adaptation of production by favouring the production of quality grapes.the wines of Clos St Vincent are a unique blend of the finest grapes, with a very high level of quality and a very high level of respect for the environment, as well as the use of organic and biodynamic methods of cultivation.
The wines of Clos St Vincent are a particularity of the wines of the South of France.
This ancient French vineyard has had its AOC since 1941.
The good fortune of this vineyard, apart from its exposure, is that it benefits from the double influence of the sea breeze and the cool wind from the southern Pre-Alps. The specificity of the site (its unique terroir made of silicocalcareous soil with rolled pebbles from the piocene and poudingue), the choice of grape varieties (such as Rolle, Braquet, Folle Noire).
