Bellet Le Clos Rosé
Since 1993, the Sicardi and Sergi families, owners of Clos Saint-Vincent, have been cultivating a vineyard of about 6 hectares on a soil made up of pebbles mixed with very light sand (pudding), benefiting from the sea breeze and the fresh wind of the southern Pre-Alps.
This AOC Bellet, Cuvée "Le Clos Rosé" has a luminous salmon colour with orange reflections. The nose has notes of violet and rose, which are found in a structured and round palate, with a very long, typical finish punctuated by spicy and iodine notes. An extraordinary gastronomic rosé, to be enjoyed in any season!
This estate favours the production of quality grapes, cultivating the vines with a rigorous respect for the environment and the implementation of an organic and biodynamic method of cultivation (lunar calendar, preparations of vegetable origin...).
No chemical products are used.
This rosé has the particularity of being made from 100% Braquet grapes, a black grape variety that is only found in the vineyards of this appellation. This ancient French vineyard has had its AOC since 1941.
