One of the best rosés in France! Since 1993, the Sicardi and Sergi families, owners of Clos Saint-Vincent, have been cultivating a vineyard of about 6 hectares on a soil made up of pebbles mixed with very clear sand (pudingue) benefiting from the sea breeze and the cool wind of the Southern Prealps.
This AOC Bellet, Cuvée "Le Clos Rosé" has a bright salmon dress with orange highlights. A nose of notes of violet and pink that can be found in a structured and round mouth. Its finish is very long, typical and punctuated with spicy and iodine notes. An extraordinary rosé of gastronomy, to be enjoyed in all seasons!
This area favours the production of quality grapes, cultivating the vines with a rigorous respect for the environment and the implementation of an organic cultivation method and biodynamic (lunar calendar, preparations of plant origin...).
No chemicals are used.
This rosé has the distinction of being 0%from the Braquet grape, a black-grained grape that is found only in the vineyard of this appellation. This ancient French vineyard has had its AOC since 1941.
