Château Meyney
Robe sombre, presque encre, aux reflets violacés. Nez profond de fruits noirs mûrs (cassis, mûre), relevé par des notes de réglisse, de tabac blond, et une touche boisée finement intégrée. En bouche, le vin est structuré, dense, avec des tanins soyeux et une belle allonge. Finale fraîche, précise, avec une vraie signature médocaine.
Terroir : graves profondes sur sous-sol argilo-calcaire, avec une particularité : une veine d’argile bleue rare, voisine de celle du Château Montrose..
Vinification et élevage : fermentation en cuves inox, puis élevage en barriques de chêne français pendant 12 à 16 mois, dont une bonne part neuves.
Accords mets/vin : bœuf grillée, carré d’agneau en croûte, magret de canard rôti.
