The 10 values of the exceptional Rochelt distillery: - Selection of fully ripe fruit from the best terroirs and varieties. These eaux-de-vie are made exclusively from pure fruit - The selected growers are true long-term partners with whom many parameters are coordinated - The distillery ensures scrupulous cleanliness in the preparation of the fruit, one of the secrets of the exceptional purity of these eaux-de-vie. Only the best fruit, ripe on the tree, is picked by hand - The musts are fermented naturally, without any additives, fermentation aids or chemicals, a prerequisite for developing natural fruit flavours of unparalleled finesse - Slow and delicate distillation according to the Tyrolean tradition of double distillation. To obtain 1 litre of the famous "coeur de chauffe", up to 80 kg of fruit are needed - To give time to time with a prolonged ageing process to obtain full-bodied eaux-de-vie. Once distilled, these eaux-de-vie are aged for many years in order to develop the unique harmony and aromatic expression that characterise them - Meticulous controls are carried out at all stages of production, including frequent tastings and analyses to guarantee the exceptional quality of these eaux-de-vie. Only those that meet the strictest requirements are finally bottled - These eaux-de-vie are never filtered so as not to alter the quality of the final product - Power and sweetness in perfect harmony. Aged for a long time, these eaux-de-vie are very smooth to drink despite their high alcohol content - 100% pure fruit and 100% natural brandies. The naturalness is apparent from the very first sip: intense, complex and yet so subtly fruity and typical of the variety, with a long finish A Rochelt eau-de-vie is best enjoyed by connoisseurs in small sips!
