Léon Barral
Didier Barral continues his work begun in the 1990s. On the schists of Lenthéric, he and his brother make wines in search of authenticity that perfectly reflect the typicity of this terroir.
The method of cultivation is entirely focused on respecting the ecosystem, in order to encourage exchanges between plants and animals, and thus strengthen the vine itself. In the cellar, the grapes, always perfectly healthy, are accompanied to complete the future nectar, always with a minimum of sulphur.
