Vin Santo
Blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano. Only 1,800 bottles produced. The grapes are dried for 6 months before being pressed and then fermented in small barrels with the mother. Its amber colour and intense, persistent bouquet characterise this Vin Santo. Reminiscent of dried fruits, spices and vanilla. The palate is opulent and unique. This sweet wine can be drunk alone as an aperitif, preferably in a large glass.
"Thick and unctuous, like a caramel topping. Full and viscous, with a very soft mouthfeel and a nice bright acidity. It's a bit like a Bual Madeira. A stunning dessert wine. Ready to drink now. "WINE SPECTATOR
