0.70 ha of vines planted in 1988 and located in the heights of Nuits-Saint-Georges on the Chaux plateau.
This vineyard grows on a very stony soil made up essentially of lava stone, primary limestone at the origin of the constitution of the Côte. The first 30 centimetres of the soil are composed of red-orange clays rich in iron elements.
The grapes are harvested by hand and 100% de-stemmed. 3 weeks of fermentation with very gentle extraction. 30% new oak barrels are used for a period of 18 months.
