Roc d'Anglade
Nez finement boisé et très fruité : il s'exprime sur le grain de cassis et la merise sauvage. Gourmand en bouche avec des tanins très fins. Rémy Pédreno dévoile ici son rouge issu majoritairement de Carignan, cultivé sur les coteaux d'Anglade, terroir frais, situé à quelques kilomètres de Nîmes. Cette spécificité du terroir a jouer un rôle prépondérant dans ses vins.
Terroir : sols argilo-limoneux, orientation Nord.
Vinification et élevage : viiticulture biologique, sans utilisation de produit chimique de synthèse, travail des sols, labours, ébourgeonnage, vendange verte, effeuillage.vendanges manuelles, avec tri à la vigne.
Accords mets/vin : pièce de boeuf et son gratin dauphinois.
