La robe de ce Sang de Gaillardon est d'un rouge foncé presque noir. Son nez révèle des notes épicées, rappelant les épices d'un vin chaud, telles que la cannelle et le clou de girofle, ainsi que des arômes de fruits noirs surmûris. En bouche, elle se caractérise par une franchise et un équilibre remarquables, accompagnés de tanins bien marqués.

Depuis 2015, cette cuvée est produite par Alexandra Mossu, fille de François. 
 
50% Trousseau et Poulsard, Enfariné, Gamaret, Gara noir, Cabernet Jura, Gallotta, Dioli noir, Isabelle.
