La Brasserie du Mont Salève

The Brasserie du Mont Salève was created in Neydens (Haute-Savoie) in 2010 by Michaël Novo. In less than 10 years, it has become one of the most popular breweries in France for craft beer enthusiasts from all over the world. The brewery stands out for the accuracy of Mickaël's choices, whether in bitterness or acidity, beers with a formidable balance and boldness for many of them. Mickaël juggles with great mastery the aromas of malts, hops and yeasts to offer very diverse beers, all of which are worthy of great interest. Let's also insist on the demanding quality of the raw materials (malt and hops), selected in a drastic way. Moreover, the beers of the Brasserie Salève contain only malts, hops, yeast and water. No additives or preservatives are used and the beers are neither filtered nor pasteurised.
