Fabien Trosset and his wife settled in 2011 on the magnificent terroirs of Arbin. Coming from the already well known Trosset family (Fabien is a cousin of Joseph and Louis of the famous domaine Les Fils de Charles Trosset), Fabien is rebuilding a 16 hectare vineyard, 13 of which are Mondeuse. The work in the vineyard is very meticulous and the least interventionist possible. Four cuvées are produced; Roussette, Chignin-Bergeron and two high quality Mondeuse, including the estate's flagship cuvée, Avalanche, made from whole grapes, which gives it a formidable profile and complexity..
