Michel Roofer Whiskies was born in 1989. We offer an Assembly intended to be exceptional in memory of these thirty years and show that a Blended Malt whisky can be of very high quality. Assembly of three single malt whiskies: two very classic aged 25 and 29, high in barrels of PX and mythical Bere Barley distilled in 1986 in the Orkneys by Michel Couvreur, who dreamed of a base of wild barley whisky, very little used currently as a result of his low yield.
Sorting Juncta in Uno translated into latin the art of Assembly: don't do one to three. To dress it up, a key british with a box leather hand-stitched by the french "La Malle Bernard" workshops, regulars of the trunks for cars Morgan.
