This wine yellow whisky is a whisky distilled on July 2008 in Scotland and raised 7 years in casks of wine yellow of the Jura.
These barrels come from the area of Benedicta and Stéphane Tissot and are intensely impregnated. Having known several farms of wine (6 years, 3 months required for the appellation wine yellow) yellow, they are delivered not rinsed, still fresh of wine - the lie and the veil is still present. Raised in the very humid parts of the winery, a slight reduction is necessary in order to get 46%vol. of alcohol. Bottle of 500 ml.
Wine yellow Single Malt Whisky: Dress clear golden, slightly troubled by the lack of filtration. Elegant freshness to the notes of frangipane with almond, highlighted by a typical herbaceous intensity of young grain liquor. Wine of sail, very floral scent, supported by a very delicate structure wooded. Intense, spicy, warm on the palate, the flavors of Savagnin are concentrated by the power of the malt. Elegance Stéphane Tissot yellow wines reveal themselves in length and finesse, leaving a very floral persistence. Served slightly cool... in him leaving time to flourish.
