Ideal agreement with tajines.
This Moroccan wine, Tandem, which is not unlike the Crozes Hermitage, is a success story because of its freshness and a discovery that takes you on the foothills of the Atlas.
This wine was born from the encounter between Alain Graillot, Winemaker of talent in Crozes Hermitage and Jacques Poulain, french oenologist installed in the Ouled Thaleb field in the region of Meknès (Morocco). It has benefited from a particular climate: hot summer but a very cool at night. The vineyards of Syrah were worked manually.
Alain Graillot has successfully in 1985, created his own winery, Crozes Hermitage in the Rhone Valley.
Today, twenty-five years later, Alain Graillot owns 20 hectares of vineyards. Its wines have a great reputation both in France as in the rest of the world.
This winemaker and 'mouth' of great talent like his passion for wine in France and abroad. Thus, by partnering with jacques Poulain, installed Bordeaux oenologist in Morocco in the Ouled Thaleb (Region de Meknes) field, they put in the World wine 0%Syrah, a grape which is a specialist Alain Graillot.
