Subtle aromas of lychee and papaya complete this picture in the second nose. Expressive and complex, the attack is frank in the mouth.

2 or 3 years of care will affirm the mineral spirit of this exceptional wine made from a vine unique in the world cultivated on the coral reef.
The presence of a slight deposit inside the bottle is natural, it is a sign of quality.
The precious Tahitian Wine "Domain Dominique Auroy" is produced on Rangiroa Atoll in the Tuamotu Archipelago, in the heart of the great South Pacific.
Developed with respect for the ancestral knowledge of the wine making, this unique and remarkable wine is the result of rigorous and passionate research based on observation and adaptation to a protected and rare ecosystem.
On the coral reef structured and enriched by natural compost - mainly seaweed and crushed branches - papayas and tiarés protect from the sea spray the cultivation of an environmentally friendly vine. Two annual harvests - the southern winter and summer harvests - characterize this crop practiced in the tropics, combined with an exceptional sunshine of a dozen hours a day, this wine is incomparable and complex.
