Argile
The Cuvée Argile Blanc comes from the west-facing vines of the black schist and clay slope of Saint-Pierre de Soucy. It is a white wine of pleasure, with fruit, freshness and a beautiful minerality. This cuvée can be kept for about 5 years and will be perfect with fish and many cheeses. Also perfect as an aperitif.
Originally, the vine grew in the trees, and like a liana connected them to each other.
Over the centuries, man has domesticated it and sculpted a landscape for it.
The vine is one of the few plants that, after its winter dormancy, wakes up at the spring equinox, flowers at the summer solstice and ripens its fruit at the autumn equinox.
This plant, which is completely linked to our solar system, gives us wine, which in the 21st century has become one of the representations of art and communication: a bottle of wine is shared, given as a gift, collected and auctioned as a work of art.
