By its character, with a rather pale dress, notes of wheat and curry without the slightest heaviness and especially its long final salinity it is closer to the type Château Châlon than that of the yellows of Arbois. Of course it only bears the modest appellation Vin de Table de France but we will have understood that every lover of yellow wine must have a few bottles in his cellar and thus surprise his friends.
And if you are made to taste it blindly under cache you will easily recognize the origin because it cannot be sold in the characteristic bottle Clavelin of 62 centilitres!
This cuvée is an unseified Agrimer table wine.
