Yellow dress with Golden reflections. Nose of white flowers, fishing and vanilla notes, exotic fruits. Mouth powerful round with a side of candied fruit and a certain sweetness. A final fresh and mineral, gives it a nice balance.

The grapes are manually on all red wines as well as on the old vines in white.

Breeding is done in parts of oak, with topping and batonnage, as it is the tradition in Burgundy for our old vines (vines from 38 to 45 years).

The wines of Gy, which was owned by the archbishops of Besançon in the middle ages, already had an international reputation and is drinking, a bit later, at the table of the nobles of the 16 th century.

When the Guillaume family, they are winemaker since 1732 and nurseryman since 1895 on Charcenne and Gy. Their vineyards are a bit different from the other wine areas, because their primary purpose is not only to produce the grapes to make wines, but they are mainly a basis of premultiplication for the production of vine plants, such the surfaces of vines are constantly changing based on the new selections of grapevines that they develop.

Their wines are sold for 30%export: United States, Canada, England, Belgium, Germany, Singapore, Japan, Denmark, Italy and Switzerland.
