Enter the world of the best waters of life in the world! A Williams pear with flavors of extreme aromatic intensity. This noble elixir mature, full of aromas, juicy and fruity, ripe Williams pears and proved both powerful and fleshy, fluffy and soft.
From a semi-decouverte at the end of the 18th century in England by Mr. Williams, this particular PEAR has been a success in Europe and the United States. Green to lemon yellow at maturity, often red on the side exposed to the Sun, the Williams pear is characterized by its tender, juicy and tasty flesh.
The Williams pear is grown in ideal weather conditions under the Sun of Western Styria. Each PEAR remains on the tree until full maturity. It is the sine qua non so that fruit can fully develop their sweet and spicy, aromas that give later this unique to this brandy fruity subtlety. To make sure, pears are picked in several passages, up to 15 times by orchard.
Sorted again manually, fresh pears are macerated on-site the day of harvest. The fermentation begins a few hours later with no additives. Natural PEAR 0%wort is then transported to the distillery.
After a complete fermentation and double distillation extremely neat, the heart of heaters is placed in aging for a minimum of six years in open glass cylinder.

-A slow and delicate distillation according to the Tyrolean tradition of double distillation. For 1 litre of the famous "hot heart", up to 80 kg of fruit are needed
-Allow time to time with extended ageing for blooming brandies. Once distilled, those brandies age very long years to develop unique harmony and the aromatic expression that characterize
-Meticulous checks carried out at all stages of production with, among others, tastings and frequent tests to guarantee the exceptional quality of these spirits. Only those that meet a very strict requirements, are finally bottled
-These spirits are never filtered to not alter the quality of the final product
-Power and sweetness in perfect harmony. Long aged, these spirits are very gentle to drink despite their high level of alcohol
-Natural 0%and 0%pure fruit brandies. The natural feel from the first SIP: intense, complex and yet if subtly fruity and typical of the variety, with a good length in the mouth
