The River from the old mast is a traditional rum aged between 3 and 5 years in oak barrels. The traditional rums of the meeting are prepared from molasses (residual juice obtained after the refining of cane juice). They present a great aptitude to the extended ageing.
Color: Yellow pulling on the amber.
Nose: It offers a warm nose dominated by caramel, vanilla and Woods.
Mouth: Nice roundness to the attack, with a real sweetness, it is also growing, with a honeyed character, nougat, caramel butter. Underlying wooded power gives it complexity and notes of toasted bread.
Final: Final drier, of a nice and spicy languor.
