Nose refined notes of dry honey, roasted nuts and damp earth, all very well defined. In the mouth it is very balanced with a strong marine character, a hint of white pepper and a long finish.
Palladius is an Assembly of a dozen grapes, which gives it an extraordinary aromatic complexity. But no grape dominates and the wine is aromatic harmony. There is a touch of exoticism which blend of aromas and the more traditional flavors like lime, hay and almonds. We feel the ageing on Lees which brings minerality, the side flinty and salinity that balances the fat of the wine. All is clear, harmonious and a nice treat!
