The undisputed reference in white Collioure in Magnum! Complex nose with floral, vanilla and mineral notes. On the palate, we find a fairly round, balanced attack, finesse, and notes of minerality that come from the roots of the terroir.
It can be enjoyed with an omelette (tortilla style) with new potatoes, dried tomatoes or fresh goat cheese.
The vineyard clings to the rugged seaside slopes around Banyuls and Collioure in Roussillon.
The soils are mostly schistose.
Made from Grenache gris grapes harvested from parcels that ripen early to ensure the best balance between finesse and volume.

The Domain ArretxeaThérèse and Michel Riouspeyrous, who are now quietly handing over the estate to their sons Iban and Théo, can be proud of their success on their family estate. They have become the reference for Basque wines and perhaps even for the whole of the South West. They own 8 hectares of vines on a very particular terroir which mixes poor soils and altitude (sometimes 400 metres!). Soils of sandstone, ophite, schist, ampelite... which, when worked in parcels with local grape varieties (courbu, petit manseng, tannat...), show the full potential of this land. Great terroir wines are born here, full of minerality.
The Domain Eric BordeletEric Bordelet is the reference when you want to taste an exceptional cider or perry. With an exceptional raw material, rich of 19 hectares of more than fifty varieties of very old apple and pear trees (several times centenarians), he produces cuvées of high gastronomy, stemming from the organic and biodynamic agriculture which one finds from now on at the greatest starred people.. A perfectionist with unrivalled experience, excellence and rigour at the highest level in the orchards and in the cellar have naturally led him to become the star of the speciality...
The Domain The Rectory
Since 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé have been perpetuating the history of the family vineyard with the Domaine de la Rectorie, which was started by their great-grandmother Thérèse Reig. Based in Banyuls, between the sea and the mountains, the two brothers produce Banyuls and Collioure wines of very high quality, without doubt the best in the region, always marked by a striking balance
The Domaine de la Rectorie covers some thirty hectares on thirty separate plots of land, ranging in altitude from zero for the vines on the sea side to 400 metres for the vines cultivated on the mountain side.
The wines are made from the original grape varieties, Grenache gris, whites and reds, complemented by Carignan, Syrah and Counoise, notably for the great mountain-side cuvée.
The cultivation methods have always been very traditional, helped by the nature of the very demanding slopes and, in any case, by the Parcé brothers' desire and passion to do everything possible to capture the authenticity of the terroir. This rigour in the management of the vines added to very low yields, of the order of only 20 to 25 hectolitres per hectare, and irreproachable vinification, allow us to produce vintage after vintage of great Roussillon wines, regularly acclaimed by the critical press.
The wines of Domaine de la Rectorie are perfect companions for gastronomy. We can't recommend these magnificent Banyuls over dark chocolate desserts, which go perfectly with the character of the Grenache, and the Collioure with fine cuts of meat and spicy dishes. Enjoy these Roussillon nectars in moderation.
