Ce vigneron de Saint-Bris se démarque en prenant des chemins moins fréquentés. Il est l'un des rares à proposer une cuvée entièrement élevée en fût. Cependant, malgré cela, les notes boisées de de Chablis Faucertaine sont parfaitement intégrées et ne sont pas dominantes tant au nez qu'en bouche. Dès la première gorgée, on ressent une vivacité soutenue, avec une belle présence de matière pour équilibrer l'acidité. L'équilibre de ce vin est remarquable, témoignant du talent du vigneron pour créer un vin harmonieux et captivant.
