End of the older, small and... slow (in terms of production) 9 distilleries of Kentucky - Labrot & Graham - Woodford Reserve is the result of a careful selection of the best barrels of the distillery. Labrot & Graham is distinguished from the other American distilleries by Cypress fermentation tanks (and not pine), stills to iron in copper and a triple distillation. Gold medals at the world competition of spirits of San Francisco in 2000, 2001 and 2002.
It is a festival of flavours: caramel, black fruits, honey, chocolate, and almond paste. Toasted oak notes.
Full-bodied blend of vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, Apple and spices which is prolonged in the final on the Apple and honey.
