Errazuriz's Carmenère Estate is a beautiful version, with an intense nose of black fruit, sweet spice, pepper and floral notes. Supple and greedy on the palate, the smooth tannins allow the fruit to express itself gently.

History:
Don Maximiano Errazuriz came from a large Chilean family and founded his own bodega in 1870 after a brilliant career in industry and politics. He planted a vineyard of nearly 300 hectares in the Aconcagua Valley. His motto "the best land for the best wine" inspired his successors, who built on his grandfather's legacy to create one of Chile's finest and most important wineries. Today, Eduardo Chadwick is the sixth generation. In the space of 20 years, this dynamic man has modernised Errazuriz and demonstrated the potential of the Aconcagua vineyards through his iconic wines. Remarkably located, the vineyards enjoy a warm, dry climate that guarantees full ripening of the grapes. The wines of Errazuriz, vinified by the talented Francisco Baetti, derive an obvious charm, between power and elegance, fullness and finesse. One of Chile's greats.
