Developed by an independent bottler since 2005, this blend of 5 years is developed with malts from Speyside, it contains a high proportion of malts (40%). It is unusual in the fact that, named for its creators, "our scotch is as soft and fluffy as the nose of a pig!"
Color: Beautiful amber color
Nose: It presents a bouquet balanced malty notes, fruit compotes and dry, with some honeyed traces.
Taste: The attack is soft, even silky, but the sweetness eventually give way to a more character, dominated by malt and caramel notes. Well balanced general and many aromatic subtleties, with traces of woody, vanilla, or even a little prune that continues for a long time on the final.
It is at the heart of the Highlands that also beats that of the whisky, because this region contains about fifty distilleries of malt, or a good half of those from across Scotland. The river Spey, which gave him his name through South to North, in an area of desert plateaus cut by rivers, where gathered the bulk of human activities.
