A Chardonnay from a selection of limestone soil of the Bajocian. Powerful, more open and mineral wine.
After manual harvesting, this white Arbois from the Tissot estate is made in new oak barrels in a third, and aged in the same containers for 16 months.
The result is a very fruity and mineral wine, almost reminiscent of Burgundy or Chablis, with a full, elegant and lively mouth.
A bottle to keep 20 years but that you can already drink.
The Graviers simply because the plots of chardonnay giving this wine are found on a soil of limestone and stony scree. In total, there are 7 vines or parts of vines, planted between 1952 and 2002, for a total area of 1.30 hectares, with general exposure to the south and west.
