Situation: Top of lovers, parcel bordered to the Southwest by the Musigny.
Orientation: Southeast. In the Levant.
Floor: The ground consists of a red clay layer of 30 to 50 cm of depth based on a compact limestone slab cracked, in which the roots reach creep impressively. The complexity of the wine perfectly reflects the dual nature of this ground.

Years of plantation: 50%in 1976 and 50%in 1977
Vineyard: The vines are grown without pesticide or insecticide, and the unique contribution, manure, is of natural origin. The Earth is worked without weed killer, to maintain aeration as well as the flexibility of the floor.
Winemaking: Manual in small boxes, sorted in the winery, broken harvest at 0%. Maceration cold 7 days, regulation of the fermentation temperature, two punching a day, maceration for 21 days.
Farm: On lees in oak barrels (30%new) for 15 months, malolactic fermentation and late, without sticking or filtration, bottling and natural bottled by gravity.
