Details

3rd Vintage of this vintage. The infidel has become the Land of Jonquières. Always a very pure style, deep reflection of the clay-limestoneofofs of Jonquières.

A large background in this dense red, well structured, with rounded tannins. Black fruits, liquorice and very fresh notes, evolving over time towards more complex aromas: garrigue, leather, camphor, balsamic notes...

Assemblage of the places located around Jonquières (clay-limestone soils and limestone pebbles) with the five grape varieties Syrah - Carignan - Cinsault - Mourvèdre - Grenache

Guard from 15 years to 15 years.

Wine pairings:

Gibiers, civets, Provençal stew, lamb stir-fry with black olives, grilled with herbs, beef rib with ceps, cassoulet, tagine, tapenade, local cheeses (Cantal, St Nectaire...).
