Details

Dark dress with garnet highlights. Expressiveness of a rich nose with notes of zan, candied peppers and eucalyptus. The mouth is velvety, greedy and develops a beautiful length, combining freshness and opulence, already present in the nose. Charming wine by its brilliance, to taste with a meaty sweet or on a pie for example.

This superb cuvée of tuna ribs comes from vines aged in their twenties, on limestone argilo soil. The harvest is skimmed.

The vineyard is spread over hillsides with exceptional sunshine, which highlights the aromatic characteristics of the grape varieties.

The plots are located on 4 communes, which allows to develop on different terroirs very powerful and complementary wines.

The estate is a family farm following 4 generations of winemakers. Roland and Hughes lead the vineyard with the utmost respect for nature and the environment.

Manual picking, sorting of harvest, winemaking in barrels allow the development of a range of personalized wines.
