A Cinsault all in lace... Don't wait any longer, come and savour the perfect match of a unique grape variety, the cinsault, on its favourite terroir; The Terraces of The Larzac that offer it such a rare expression.

Dress: The dress is adorned with a bright ruby tone. It is accompanied by a gradient on a cherry hue.

Nose: He impresses from the first approach by the elegance of his restitution. Far from a generous, southern vision, the nose mixes subtle clothing as well as a mesmerizing aromatic finesse. As such, there are shades of finely poached red fruit such as redcover, raspberry punctuated by gourmet notes of candied rhubarb.

The aeration allows him to reveal all his brilliance and to reveal the strength and race of one of the greatest Languedoc terroirs.

Mouth: It is really at this moment that the cinsault expresses itself and takes on its full dimension. From the first steps in the mouth, the Pradel delivers a silky texture, chiseled and of great delicacy.

The accuracy of its breeding makes the cinsault acquire a grain of tannin that combines clothing concentration and accuracy to touch.

In addition to these taste sensations, the palette continues to enrich itself to deliver sparingly teak scents, exotic fruits but also a whole universe of sweet spices with southern consonances. Persistence lasts over and over again

The most passionate amateurs will be able to open the first bottles now, thinking of putting it in a carafe, but rest assured, it will be enriched by a possible evolution in the cellar of 5 to 7 years. Be sure to present it at 16 degrees at the table

Floors of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone located on the so-called "The Terrace" and "Graves" sites.

At the chai

In the cellar, the vinifications are traditional, in native yeasts and without too much extraction. The harvest is as little sorted as possible. This L'Enclos cuvée is aged in barrels for months in barrels. The wines are then unfiltered and low sulphity.

The Domain

Xavier Braujou created the Terrace d'Elise estate in 1998 by building up a vineyard of about ten hectares on the great terroirs of Aniane. Its vines are planted in Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault.

Through hard work and passion, he has managed to put in place all the components favorable to the development of authentic wines, faithful to their origin. All the vintages of the Terrasse d'Elise are produced with harvests of course manual, from old vines of paltry yields but very concentrated from 20 to 25hl/ha. Wines of finesse, elegance, suavity, freshness, exceptional dress and aroma in the region... The vintages, all labelled IGP wine from herault countries claim the identity of their terroir and have the peculiarity for some to be mono-variety to reveal the intrinsic quality of the grape variety.
