A mill to wind off standard!
Fabien Duperray wines are unique in Beaujolais.
After 20 years at the side of nights and the coast of Beaune Fabien Duperray travel made the move to buy vines and the bet to show on the big terrois of the Beaujolais, where you can make wines of a level comparable to the more raw Burgundians or rhodanniens.
The selection of the plots was intransigent, the work in the vineyard in the foreground with a culture in biodynamics, of all small (less than 30 hl/ha) yield on from very old vines.
An optimal harvest, no erraflee, fermentations smooth on yeasts, then a long maturing of 2 years.
In the end wines marked by stone, granite, wines without any fermentation of Beaujolais, but on a cherry aromas, a beautiful cherry.
