Produit coup de coeur Viticulture Biologique

The Clos du Bourg 1st soft sort has a complex nose of candied fruit, oriental spices and slightly burnt caramel. Very melted acidity in the mouth, with honey, candied citrus fruits and quince. Long finish.

Le Clos du Bourg Moelleux Première Trie 2008 features a brightly coloured bright yellow and a ripe, concentrated and very elegant bouquet on ripe yellow fruits and aromas of stone and smoked bacon. Soft, full of finesse and salinity in a very elegant mouth and intense fruitiness, this beautifully balanced chenin develops a great tension, density and compact structure that also dominate the long and very promising finish. There is so much finesse and concentration in this wine that you can only fall in love with it.

Superb as an aperitif, foie gras, parsley cheeses. The ideal: self-sufficient.

To serve at about '10
