The largest orange wine, noted by the RVF 20/20!
The orange is a wine vinified as a red wine, but with white grapes. A very old technique which amounts to the taste of the day currently and which provides particularly easy to digest and with a very special and particularly interesting aromatic wines.
Nose intense and accurate notes of tropical fruits, orange blossom, lemon confit, jasmine and a slight salty hint.
In the mouth the wine is bold, powerful, elegant on a splendid final all in length.
Accompaniment: As an aperitif, foie gras, stuffed squid at L'Occitane, scampi grilled, shells, fried shellfish, persillade of shrimp, white meat in sauce, fish sauce, a fresh goat cheese plate, roquefort ...
