This cuvee Vieilles Vignes is powerful, full-bodied and warm. Great intensity on the nose, on the fresh black fruits and notes of licorice, scents of scrubland, spices.
In the mouth this beautiful tannic structure is spicy, rich and silky with a long finish.

Terroir:

Casting of limestone on soil of schist.

Performance:

20 hecto/hectare

Techniques:

Manual harvest cash with sorting. Traditional vinification. Destemming in full, maceration 2 to 3 weeks. Yeasts. Without sugaring, without chaptalization, without acidification. Aging: 24 months in barrels.
