The Domain Gauby is among the best in the Roussillon. Located 20 km north of Perpignan, the vineyard extends over 45 hectares. It boasts an important maritime influence and is located at an altitude ranging between 150 and 200 meters. The terroir is complex and unique, vertical layer, composed of limestones, marls and Shales. This allows a deep rooting of the vines. In an environmental approach and respect of the vine, the cultivation of the vine is the most natural possible, without the use of chemicals and synthesis.
