The St. Joseph White of Yves Gangloff is a blend of grapes Marsanne and Roussane. A very promising milesime to the intense nose with notes of white fruits (apricot, ice fishing, exotic fruits) in a mineral and fresh style. Same impression in the mouth with a combination of subtly balanced sweetness-freshness. Fresh and delicious finish.
