Details

A 2017 dry, precise, elegant and dirty. Nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers (lilies, elderberry). Light mineral touches sublime bouquet. Mouth air and subtle, while balance.

First complantation wine produced on a granite soil (London).

  1. LANGENBERG 2015 - "long Hill".

Soil of granite gradient, poor and skinny

    Busy, yet slightly fermented.

    • -"Mental landscape": great impression of finesse, elegance vinous, landscape, light, white, soft, sweatshirts, with clouds more vanilla fermentation. Aeration, appears a tighter frame, like a background of red wine very slightly raspy. Idea of frame, fabric to the visible and tight wires.

    • -Touch of mouth: wine cold, very worth, marked by a strong saline, Central, narrow, vertical minerality. High density related to the vintage. The stuff is fine, quite tense, but translucent, whose surface finish is not smooth or velvety, but rather slightly angular, very finely granular, Crystal and granite in sum. The object that triggers salivation is a crystal of salt...

    • -The port or energy: trained, concentrated, very mineral wine refreshing. A lot of intensity and petulance. Great length of information, even if it doesn't in the demonstrative volume.

Fine wine light, thin and tight.

This land is steep, laid out in a historic terraces, facing South and formed granite very degraded, poor and skinny.

Vine complex, bringing together the most precocious grapes and Riesling in a Salt Symphony. Vines planted to Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Beurot, Muscat and Pinot Noir

A decant 3 hours before serving.

Food / wine : white asparagus in sauce citrus or a back Bar grilled on a bed of fennel.
