New identity for the ex-cuvée Remus Plus now Les Hauts de Husseau. This parcel of old vines is one of the greatest dry white wines of the hexagon, a chenin of a dizzying intensity and persistence... Great guarding potential.
Close to the village at the top of the appellation. The soil is very thin, with flint clay on the surface and almost brushing limestone.
