The Domaine de la Janasse is undoubtedly one of the notable references of the Rhone Valley. In 20 years, the field has continued to grow. The success of this field is a family success because the entire Sabon family is invested in it.
This cuvée comes from four plots aged 60 to 0 years, located on different terroirs that complement each other in the blend. A "southern" terroir composed of rolled pebbles that brings fat and power,a terroir for freshness and acidity, a terroir of red clays covered with rolled pebbles, but very late because located north of the appellation that brings structure and body and a sandy-limestone hill that gives finesse.
A very ample purple red wine with a huge concentration associated with a low pH, so a nice balance and notes of black fruit, liquorice.
We advise you to forget itbetween 20 and 2014,when it will close.
A bottle of great guard.
