A Vire Clesse a concentration and a dazzling persistence!
An intense and shiny gold dress, a nose that recalls the presence of botrytis on the harvest, plum and vanilla notes. The mouth is toned with the tenderness of the juice, with only 4 g of residual sugar. It is a very balanced wine and pure, a Mâcon curioiste always very pleasant to table.
A very nice white wine elegant and complex, offering freshness and balance. It is a fruity and mineral vire-clesse. The nose is very expressive and aromatic with a hint of truffle mushroom. In the mouth, there is a nice acidity, with fat and a fine persistent final.
The grapes are harvested by hand, then they are students in lightning for twenty months. The harvest are harvested very blackberries, which gives this light residual sugar that makes their particularity.
