Ce Touraine Sauvignon est un vin blanc sec, qui se distingue par sa robe limpide et brillante. Son nez floral laisse peu à peu place à un délicat bouquet d'agrumes. En bouche, il offre un équilibre harmonieux entre une belle fraîcheur et un fruité charnu.
Terroir : parcelles aux sols argiles à silex et argilo-calcaire situées sur des communes de la vallée du Cher, telles Chissay-en-Touraine et Saint-Julien-de-Chédon.
Vinification : vendange manuelle, pressurage direct, débourbage à froid, fermentation par levures indigènes en cuve inox à basse température, élevage sur lies jusqu’à la mise en bouteille.
Accords mets/vin : poissons grillés, crustacés, salade crevettes et avocat.
