Details

One of the greatest wines in Languedoc. Its dress is ruby very intense with a beautiful density. This cuvée has a deep nose of candied, roasted, roasted, blackcurrant, blackberry, vanilla fruit. The mouth is sweet, spicy, bent with an elegant texture.

This wine requires decanting one hour before the meal and to be served at a temperature of 16oC.

The "Jean Sirven" cuvée comes from 40-year-old vines located on clay-limestone soils covered with rolled pebbles and with reduced fertility because they are not exposed to drought. They are grown in a reasoned pipe with a return to ploughing on all plots and the use of intercep on some. The harvest is manual. After sorting to the plot, the grapes are traditionally peeled and vinified by alternating manual drawings and reassemblys. The Jean SIRVEN cuvée is aged in barrels for 18-20 months.
